    • If I replace my leaky and obsolete 'Pacific' Single Flush Push Button valve with a Grohe 42137 000, does that unit come with the leakproof DAL discharge piston 43544 000 already fitted - or do I have to order that separately? What cistern flush hole size is the 42137 suitable for? My 'Serel' cistern has a 6cm diameter hole. The unit length, 27cm, is OK.

      Hello, the 42137 fits into a cage, it does not push into a hole, I doubt if you can simply switch parts.

      If you mean running down into the toilet pan, then yes 43544 will cure the fault, if you mean the cistern does not stop filling, you may need to check the filling float valve 37095 to see if it is shutting off. Try holding the float in the up postion carefully.
