      Hello, the shroud will just pull off forwards, you may need to get a thin screwdriver in behind the shroud and the tiles, to help it unclick from the inner part..

      Please can you tell me how this is attached to the wall. Does it have two screws or one screw fitting? My existing holder, which I need to replace, is fixed to the wall/tiles with two screws set at 4cm(1.5inches) apart.
