Sales Team, I would just like to thank you all for the prompt way in which you processed my order you could not have  received it until about 4 oclock  on Tuesday and i arrived home at about 6.30pm  on Wednesday and the parts had arrived that morning , 30 minutes later bathroom all back working again. Again thank you very much would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone  First class service.

What a fantastic service!!Temperature control broke on Saturday morning (after over 20 years frequent use ).Ordered parts online Saturday afternoon,spares delivered following Tuesday at 11a.m. Shower repaired by 12 noon.Thank you , a truly remarkable service.

At the beginning of march i ordered a part as per above invoice.

When it arrived however the fitting was different. I phoned, speaking to Chris and Bryan who where extremely helpful and was told that was the correct part as per my order but when i explained the discrepancy I was kindly advised to send the new part back and my original part and they would try to ascertain which part I should have ordered.

I was delighted today to recieve the part that fits my shower!

It is all too rare today to find employees and a company that care about customer service. I just want to make you aware of how impressed I am by your staff. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company.
