    • When replacing a front cover assembly for a MIra shower, you really need this tool - a custom made plastic tool with bevelled edge - to lever off the temperature control knob. I think others online have suggested using a screwdriver, but it will increase the risk of damaging something which isn't a good idea if you're attempting DIY and not particularly skilled/experienced. The price is very high for what this is though, which is why the rating is down slightly. Have a check to see if one was given to you when the shower was fitted. If not, just fork out, 'cos it enables you to do the job, which will save you more money overall.
