- Like one of the previous enquirers, I don’t need the whole pack, just the white plastic elbow connector which is very flimsy, is there another part that could do the same job, eg a screw-in metal elbow?

  No, sorry, Mira do not make any such adaptor and we are not aware of any other manufacturers making them either.
- The image shows no wallplate. Is it included?
  
  Hello, if you are referring to the metal plate, it is no longer part of the pack, although some older drawings may still show it.
- I don't need the whole pack just the white connector which has been broken. is it possible to simply get a couple of the L shaped white connectors?
