• The diaphragm inside my existing value had degraded. I wish I could have just replaced that part of the assembly, but since it comes as a unit, I replaced the whole lot. Slightly expensive for what I needed, but as a unit it fitted perfectly to replace the part inside a very old shower which is now working like new, so I can't really complain.
  I am chuffed to bits I could get parts to get my shower working again.

• The part arrived as early as can be expected with the recent strikes however the only comment I have is that the packaging was very thin for a delicate part. I was expecting a box but only a plastic bag was used which exposed the part to any knocks in transit, especially coming through the letter box!
