    • After 17 years of daily use, I wasn't surprised when parts of one of our two Mira showers started to fail. It's had a new cover, saddle clamp, flow control, and now a new heater tank - proper "Trigger's Broom"! But still half the cost of a complete new unit...
      I noticed that the new tank has a slightly different electrical connection layout and part number compared to the original one, but a quick email to NSS sorted that out. The new part arrived with detailed fitting instructions and was up and running in an hour - just the job! There were some delays in sourcing the part on Mira's end of things, but NSS kept me informed - the shower is now fully working once more.
      Quick tip: when refitting the front cover, pop the two control dials out first, adding them back after the cover is in place - otherwise the internal components can sometimes stop the cover from going back evenly onto the base all the way around, which could leave a gap in the case seals.

    • Part was delivered and fitted OK. Very happy with the service. Been trying to get a new plastic cover for my Mira Sports shower, but sadly they're not made anymore.
