    • Dear Sir/Madam, when I went to use our Creda 950DL shower this morning, I found that only the lower heat setting and indicator light was working. Due to the warmer weather we've had lately, we have had the lower heat setting on for some weeks now. When I turned the knob to the higher setting, only the lower heat ligh stayed on with a temperature to match. This is acceptable now, but come the colder weather and the water isn't going to be hot enough without the higher setting working. AM I right in assuming there are 2 seperate elements fitted within the copper tank, one for HIGH, and one for LOW? What is the lower KW rating for the lower temperature? Could it be that HIGH element isn't working, or is it something with the control that selects either element? I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanking you.................PHIL.

Hello, there are two elements in the heater tank, so the high one is not coming on, so you need to test the element, with a multimeter for continuity, it caould also be the switch that delivers power to the element, again a test. Both tests should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
