Seems OK after 1 week. Easy to fit. Would be nice if it included all the O rings required instead of having to buy a separate pack.
Quick and value for money
The item is excellent quality and best of all: - replacing this part in my shower means it will now turn off! I'm not a plumber or a trades' person and following the instructions sent with the item was a breeze. There was no mention what to do with the silicone gel supplied with the item so I just slapped some on the sides (water inlets) and around the spindle.
Does what it says on the tin!
Did the job
Works as expected
Service was excellent. The product is a little expensive for what it is, but you have no other option
Fabulous transaction, ordered and sent out extremely swiftly with no issues apart from the price of such a small part.
goods arrived on time .Fitted cartridge with no problems and it cured the dripping shower.
Quick, efficient service. The part ordered was exactly as described. Great service, will definitely use again.
Exactly what was required at a reasonable cost.

Great service ordered on Tuesday afternoon delivered on Wednesday how's that for service. *****
Part came very quickly Would definitely use you guys again
Exactly what I needed to stop the dripping showerhead and was straight forward and easy to fit after watching the NSS video for a similar Mira cartridge replacement.
Cartridge sorted the dripping shower head. Minor issue with missing water inlet rubber 'O' ring but reused one from old cartridge with no problem

Hi, my shower still trickles water when turned off I have been advised that it is the cartridge causing the problem which is the black one, I thought I would check before purchasing a new one, also I see that you recommend a new seals kit which I would purchase also thanks for your help.
Yes, the shut off seals are inside the cartridge, and as it is a non-serviceable cartridge you would have to replace the cartridge (902.55). Yes, we would also suggest purchasing a new seal kit too (936.22). Thank you.
My Mira 415 combiforce shower (2001 - 2004) has started dripping and my plumber has advised me to buy an internal cartridge. should i buy black or grey? and why do you advise to buy a seal pack with this purchase? are the seals not included in the cartridge pack? He didn't say i would need a seal pack!
Hello, if your shower has red button on it, you need the black cartridge, no red button use the grey one, we suggest a seals kit as not all the seals come with the cartridge, enough to fit it, but sometimes very old seal become brittle and you may not be able to re-use them.
Hi I have a Mira 415 which has started running hot and cold a plumber mate of mine said it's the thermostat could you guide me to the correct part number for this thank you
Hello, the 415 is not thermostatic, it is pressure balanced, if it is going hot/cold it is usually the boiler 'cycling', the most common cause is a partially blocked shower head, or a blockage somewhere. inlets to valve, shower hose etc.
I have a customer with a Mira 415, it hammers loudly when in use, what is wrong it
Hi, the non return valves built into the cartridge inlets are blocked or jammed, try freeing them or replace the 902.55 cartridge assembly
