    • Is this shower an electric shower?

      Hi,
      This type of shower is what is known as a 'mixer' shower. It's not an electric shower. We have a video and a buying guide below which should help with explaining the different types of showers.

    • Hello, I have problem with hot water temperature. it's become too cold even when hot water fully open. I have checked boiler and all ok .No issue with hot water supply.Could you advise please what I have to do in my case

      This sounds like you may need to replace the Thermostatic Cartridge in the shower as this is the part that mixes the water and regulates to the controlled temperature see below for the part:
