• Performance wise this shower works very well indeed given that we have relatively poor water pressure. This is the second one of these I've had (first one started playing up after 3 years and I replaced the thermostatic valve cartridge then the same thing happened after another 3 years so this time I've replaced the entire unit (valve costs over 2/3rds the price of a new shower anyway!) Bit stuck on other options now as the pipe inlet spacing on these is not common to any other shower as far as I'm aware so a complete change of shower model would mean digging pipes out of walls to widen the spacing. Very nice shower when it's working though and replacement was at a good price from NSS!

• Very pleased with this shower, and NSS. It was a lot cheaper than all other competitors, and was delivered very quickly with receipt included which is great! The beauty of this shower is you can change the temperature, unlike some newer agile models like the one they are selling in Screwfix, which I think is very silly as everyone in my household likes their shower at a certain temp.
  The product was easy to install, 50mm centres was hard to find, sits flush up against the tile. Only thing is the shower rail was too thin to my liking, so I kept my old one. The shower head is great, but the jet isn’t must of a jet compared my other grohe shower head. All in all I am very happy.
