• My son's Mira shower developed a problem and I contacted NSS for any advice they could provide and also check the availability of necessary spares. On both counts they were excellent suggesting a number of items to check before ordering replacement parts. After checking it became clear I needed to replace the cartridge. The part was despatched very promptly and easily installed the following day using the detailed instructions provided. The shower is now as good as new and thanks to the support and efficiency of NSS it was out of commission for just a couple of day.

• Product is of genuine quality. This saved me a lot of money as the shower was discontinued by mira and plumbers were quoting me over £200 to fix things. For £48 that included the product and shipping, I fixed it myself. The product came in on time and there was a small instruction sheet as well, if someone needed to know how to install it in.
