I have had one of these showers since 2013. I ordered another because I thought the pump was failing. When I came to change the pump unit I found the filter on the hot supply pipe was blocked. Having cleaned the filter the original one works fine. Its so good to have it working as when it was new. The new one is exactly the same as the original one.

Great shower but a little noisier than I thought it would be on high flow. Still, miles quieter than a traditional power shower pump. Ended up buying two and don't regret it at all.
