    • I have fitted my new cartridge but the water is not as hot as I would like. How can I increase the temperature. The thermostat on the boiler is definitely high enough. Or does it need calibrating, if so how do I calibrate it.

      Hello, the temperature needs to be calibrated, turn the shower to the full hot position, remove the handle, and insert the small allen key down the central spindle, turn anti-clockwise to make the outlet temperature warmer, when the desired temp is reached, refit the handle.
