    • The pressure relief ball has popped out of my Mira vie mk2. Does this need a replacement tank or can it be reset like some other Mira models?

      The P R D is not supplied as a spare part only supplied with the replacement heater tanks on the Mira electric showers.

    • my mira vie [ 3 to 4 years old] stops working suddenly when in use and then after a while starts flowing again!! can you help please ?

      Hello, this is a faulty solenoid valve, the coil is breaking down, eventually it will stop alltogether, the solenoid needs to be replaced
