Luckily it comes with a diagram which shows where each seal goes so was spotted before the old one was dismantled. Spoke to a very helpful chap at NSS who was brilliant. Replacement kit with right parts 2 days later. Follow the diagram and works very well

    • I cannot alter the temperature on my Mira mixer the lever moves but has no effect on the temp. Is there a part that I can buy to cure the problem

      Hello, either the splined bush in the middle of the lever has stripped its teeth, or the main cartridge is seized, take the lever off and try turning the brass spindle by hand.
      the lever is 800.01, and the low press cart is 902.21 or hp 902.23.

      hello, yes this would be the first thing to do, as long as the brass is not too worn the seal kit should work
