      You will probably need to have the 723 shower serviced, have it stripped down, de-scaled, re-greased and it should be o.k, you will need service pack 936.59, or you could fit a whole new cartridge, 902.65 low pressure - Gravity/pumps or 902.70 high pressure - Mains/combi boiler
