    • Excellent service, received the component next day. Part very easily fitted, isolate (power & water) & drain the mixer. No need to remove the mixer valve as per instructions simply remove the securing clip and withdraw the old thermistor. Apply a little 'O' ring lube on the new 'O' ring, fit the ring onto the thermistor and slide the new assembly into the housing in the mixer body and fit the new retaining clip, plug the flying lead into the pcb, re-connect the water supply, check for leaks, replace the mixer cover and re-connect the power. The whole job took no more than 20 mins.
