    • I have water pouring down the wall tiles by the back of the hose mount while it appears to be coming from this part of the back of the location area. Why does the water leak from here please? Do you have a drawing for this item so I can order the correct karts

      Hello, the only part you can replace is the outlet pipe, it has a pressure relief device built into it, this 'blows' when there is too much back pressure, this means that the water was restricted, someone may have kinked the hose or the shower head is a bit blocked up.
      You can replace the outlet pipe, but you need to make sure the blockage is also cleared, or the new one will also blow straight away.
