    • Hi,
      The flush button (38488) has to be pushed really hard to flush and isn't very responsive compared to before / flush in en suite.
      I have been told it could be something to do with the air pressure and there is likely to be a leak. Please can you recommend which part is likely to be faulty?

      Hello, it is probably either one of the air bellows, part number 43506 for the cistern end, or 113219 black bellows inside the push button.

      My unit fills slowly and seems to be retuning the water via the overflow into the into the pan.
      Is there a service kit I can use.
      I would like to say the unit has been installed for 10 or so years and I'm very pleased with it.

      hello, it sounds like a faulty filling valve, you need either 37095 or 42181 depending on the connecting thread, please see the description on each part
