Dear Sir / Madam,
I have a mark 2 Mira Jump shower, the switch does not switch on / Off by the button on the cover,
There is a small plastic strip ( Approx 50mm by 5mm ) that appears to fit behind the switch on the cover, this as broken off, thus the actual switch mechanism fitted to The shower does not get pushed in to turn on/ off
Do I need a complete front cover or just the plastic strip ?
Many thanks and kind regardsGood morning

Hi I am an electrician and have fitted the above shower for grandparents. This is now out of warranty and playing up. The unit has power and isolator is fine. It will switch on and after a few seconds switches itself off. The led is still on when it goes off and I have tested the micro switch and this is working correctly. Would this be a coil or pump issue. Is this a common fault? I know it's a long shot but would you have any idea as to the part I need and if so is it in stock? Thank you.
