Delivery Options
At National Shower Spares, we are able to offer a selection of delivery methods to suit your needs.
All delivery charges are shown and applied at the checkout and relate to your whole order – we do not charge delivery per item.
Processing & Despatch
Orders are processed between Monday–Friday as we are closed on weekends (and all English public/bank holidays). You can view our latest opening times here.
Should you place an order when we are closed, it will be processed when we re-open next. For instance, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the Monday, ready for delivery from the Tuesday onwards.
Providing your items are in stock and your order is placed before 3:30pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays), we aim to despatch your order that same day. However, on rare occasions this may not be possible.
Though we keep an extensive range and level of stock, all orders are subject to stock availability, which can fluctuate for numerous reasons (including demand, supply chains, and other external factors). Where possible, products without current stock are shown with an availability message or estimated lead time (e.g. "Available in 5–7 days"), but sometimes we may only be made aware of stock shortages after you have already placed your order. To prevent disappointment for urgent orders, we advise that you phone us to check stock availability before purchasing.
In the event of any stock shortage or insufficiency, we will always email you that same day and ask whether you wish to wait for replenishment, send a lower quantity that is in stock (with the balance to follow), or have a refund. Outside of our normal hours, this communication will be sent the next working day.
UK Delivery Services
We use a variety of couriers and delivery methods to meet our customers' needs. Terms, conditions, and exclusions for each service may apply.
We predominantly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to deliver domestic UK items, but we may occasionally use alternative providers (such as UPS, DHL, or Yodel) where we deem necessary.
We ship across the whole UK – including the entire mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
Based on availability, warehouse location, or order size, some orders may be split by us and sent to you in multiple shipments, at no extra cost to you. Some products may also be sent straight to you by the OEM supplier directly. Where possible, this will be made clear to you at the Shopping Basket before you checkout.
Where stock and fulfilment allows, your Shopping Basket will present various options and upgrades for you to choose from. This selection may be limited if any stock shortages or other restrictions are detected. For the most appropriate options, please add items to your basket and then visit the Shopping Basket page.
Your despatch confirmation email will contain the relevant tracking number(s) for your shipment(s), taking you straight to the corresponding courier's website for full visibility of your order as it makes its way to you.
Sometimes deliveries can get delayed within the postal system or courier network. For this reason, we advise that you do not arrange a tradesperson to fit any products until you have received them physically in your possession. We cannot be held responsible for any costs, charges, losses, or issues incurred by you resulting from such delays, as these are outside of our control.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international destinations outside of the UK.
Due to operational complexities and regulations following Brexit, this also includes the Republic of Ireland at this time.

Free Delivery Promotions
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which we run at our sole discretion.
"Free delivery" consists of standard UK delivery services only. This does not include expedited or timed options, which are considered upgrades and are therefore always chargeable at their normal rates.
If there is a limit to qualify for free delivery, this will be on the Sub Total of your basket (the sum of the products only, less any discounts) – meaning any delivery charge under the limit will not also count towards the qualification.
