Hi,
I've been asked to resolve issue with a 723 thermo shower. I've tried a service pack of washers but it didn't resolve it.
It doesn't shut off easily , drips , controls very stiff and quite old so would rather swap whole thermo /flow cartridge to definitely sort issue rather than go for spindle replacements etc.
The unit has low pressure hot & cold supplies but does have a 1.5bar single entry pump to speed up flow sited on the MIXED outlet pipe (after the Valve).
Question......I think I should get the low pressure thermo cartridge rather than the high version....Could you advise if you would agree with this?
Your guidance much appreciated
Robert CarrHello, yes we agree, buy the lp 902.65 cartridge

Hi
I have a Mira 723 thermostatic shower and whenI turn it on I have to push the dial in and then twist and then the opposite to turn it off. It also sticks as I'm turn it on or off. Have you come across the problem before and do you have any advice?
Many thanksHello, this sounds like a very worn spindle, part number 927.20 needs to be replaced

Good afternoon,
I have a MIRA 723 shower fitted in a downstairs bathroom, in an extension to my property. Pressure is provided by a pump fitted behind the shower feed, conveniently within the garage, so its all easily accessible.
My shower appears to be 'stuck' on hot, despite me moving the slider up and down the temperature range.
It struck me that the most likely cause of this is the thermostat going, but before I simply order a replacement, could there be another issue causing this? It appears to me to have been a gradual thing rather than working one day and not the next.Hello, the 723 is a mechanical valve so will need frequent servicing, the internal parts need de-sclaing from time to time, this link will show you how

Hello, after fitting a new cartridge 902.65 to my Mira 723 thermostatic, i now get water dribbling out of the spindle and no flow from the shower head, what is wrong it, is it a defective cartridge assembly.
Hi, I would say that you are trying to turn the shower on just using the spindle, you must put all the parts back on the front to be able to get flow out of the shower head, even down to the last knob securing screw
