I rang the local plumbing shop as our Aquilisa shower hose had started leaking. As they don’t stock this he suggested i ordered direct and give me the site name. The site was so easy to use, drop down boxes at each stage and the product I needed and in the colour I wanted was readily available. Despatched immediately and received within a few days after the BH weekend. Hubby fitted it and looks exactly the same as the old one. Honestly, a couple of clicks and it was purchased and delivered. Highly recommend for spares like this, great service - thank you

Nice looking product, but lacks spanner flats for tightening so needed to use grips, which scratch. The smooth surface not only looks good, but should make cleaning much easier.
