• I searched all my merchants to try and find this product, this was delivered in good time and was a perfect replacement to give my customer their shower back .

• A great bit of kit.
  I've had/ fitted a couple of the prior models with the black case in the past that came with the shower hose, head, pipework and controller assembly.
  As this was supplied as the main unit only I had a bit of a problem bleeding the air from the unit, which I overcame by clearing the residual water from the shower pipework, hose and head assembly, a point that I feel would be worth adding to the installation iinstructions, this was really the only downside. However, to be fair, my inlett pressure to to unit is close to the specified minimum, which may be part of the problem.
  In general terms, it was an easy fit, as it was a straight swap for my existing black box unit as the plumbing and cabling were already in place.
  In use it is a significant upgrade over the old unit in terms of the pressure and volume of water that it delivers and can be reduced if desired by switching to the ECO gravity mode if you don't need ALL that water pressure!

• Initially after fitting the unit I found that the pump was not functioning. After contacting Aqualisa their support team were great, after following their advice the shower unit is working beautifully.
  The assembly was straightforward but would recommend that new shutoff valves be replaced as a matter of course.

• After going to aqualisa who sent an engineer out he reported back he felt unsafe in the ladder that goes to the loft that was wedged into stairs so ladder wouldn't slip, I couldn't deal with such a feeble excuse so looked around and found this company I emailed some picture to ensure I was getting the right model etc fast delivery, instructions helpful took 20 mins to install now my power is back qith my shower will be ordering another part soon for another shower. • The replacement pump arrived promptly. Having checked that it would be a direct replacement the piping did line up but the fixing holes where slightly different which would have been helpful to know in advance. Have knocked one star off as the connecting of the data lead was different and it would have been helpful if a picture of where the lead connected and how to access the connection had been included. Once connected all worked well and very pleased with the replacement.

• Upgrade (orange covers) of the previous version (black covers) of the same digital processor. Default temperature and pump action settings were fine, and the pump in the new, upgraded edition produces a noticeably better water flow than the original black unit.
