    • Can you advise how this part is removed and refitted?
      I simply can't work out how to get my current one off... and so don't want to order a replacement until I know I'll be able to swap it.
      I have removed the outer cover and 4 screws that attach it to the wall, it looked like there might have been a grub screw at the 6 o'clock point but seems to be missing... But the arm is solid still? I assumed it would just pull off the spigot but seems not. I wonder if it screws onto the spigot perhaps... but it doesn't seem to want to turn either clockwise or anticlockwise... not easily anyway?
      Can you advise or tell from the new part how it is fitted.

      The older models were in brass or some were abs plastic type different thread size on shell used on plastic type. see link below.
      The arm has a trim cover you remove then there is 4 screws which attach to wall.
