    • Item arrived very quickly - next day, even though standard delivery was selected. The cartridge that arrived was actually a polymer/plastic version rather than the metal one pictured (and the one I was replacing) and the box had a handwritten part number on it. However, it does fit my shower (Bristan Waterfall) and I now have full temperature hot water again. I did have to buy sachets of silicon grease elsewhere as none was included with the cartridge. Other than that, I am impressed with the quick turnaround and happy that my shower is working properly again.
