• It’s a good cost effective replacement for the original shower thermostat only been fitted for two weeks working perfectly so far the only difference is the original thermostat was made of Brass compared to the replacement which is made mostly of plastic so if it lasts for 2/3 years it’s good value as it’s half the price of a original replacement part from Bristan it only took 10mins to replace the thermostat to all the original temperature knob parts fitted perfectly onto the new thermostat no problems so far !

• Our shower wasn’t running very hot. After carrying out some checks I deduced that the cartridge needed replacing. The right cartridge was found using the shower spares product lists with ease and one was ordered. The item arrived within two days and was duly fitted. Excellent service and competitive price too. • The E10017 plastic cartridge was a direct replacement for an original brass cartridge. The plastic cartridge is a slightly different shape at the non adjustable end but still fits the early square quadrato bar mixer valves. The cardboard box is a bit flimsy not providing the exposed gauze the best protection. Easy to fit with only one grub screw used for locating it in place. Happy customer.

• Placed the order late evening and was concerned about it being picked up in time for the 2 day delivery time. I emailed the next day to check and was told it would be sent out that day. It was and I received it in the time quoted. Very happy as my shower was out of action. Would use again.
