• Thank you for the very quick service in sending the Bristan shower seal kit. This kit is for me to have a spare set if I ever need it. I bought the first kit some time ago, that arrived very promptly too. It was easy to fit and is performing well. Having a new seal kit is the equivalent of having a complete new shower. Thank you!

• A reliable supplier of this part (bought as a back up for the one I used) but I noted the thickness of one of the O rings was slightly thinner than the original (but works ok). Instructions or a video link would have been useful but I will use them again when another replacement is needed. I am not a plumber but so this is needed.

• Replaced the O rings, making sure they were properly lubricated, refitted the valve and turned on the water. No drips from the rose and no leaks from the valve. It now operates like a brand new valve.

• There are extra seals but it doesn't include the bottom thicker seal, which I already had. You need a sharp angled pick to get the bottom inside seal out. But it does the job and customer is happy. Needs more silicone, though.

  My only comment would be that the shower seal kit doesn't come with the main on off seal but thus is more j think to do with the Bristan design of valve than the supplier so be aware.
