• When our shower door hinge broke NSS help us identify the shower enclosure as one manufactured by Daryl, no longer in business. Luckily for us the spares that NSS had were exactly the ones we needed. However disassembling the enclosure was another matter, we couldn’t have worked it out without the exploded diagram that Daniel at NSS provided. After some tricky moments the door has been rehung successfully. Thank you NSS.

• Crucial spare part found. I had a problem with a broken hinge on my shower screen which is some 14 years old. Found NSS site on the web and emailed them with description of problem. They emailed an exploded diagram of the screen, enabling me to identify the part number. It was then easy to explore availability. I was delighted to find that, even though only four individual parts were in stock, the one I needed was one of the four. The part was ordered and delivered promptly. Shower screen now fixed. If this part had not been available, I probably would have had to replace the whole screen. Thanks!

• It's amazing to have a source for parts for this 15 year old shower unit, as the manufacturer is no longer around. Product cost was small but still NSS helped willingly given to navigate their website. Although not in stock, parts dispatched as they came in - only delayed by a week. NSS very efficient. Now fitted - so hope door will re-attach for another 15!
