    • Our Dimplex 3 hot water unit has leaked (dripped) for ages and then, last month, stopped shutting off all together and had to be isolated by inlet valve . I did a quick Google search for spares and came up with NSS. The part arrived the next day and fitted perfectly. (the flow valve its self is a bit of a faf to fit as you basically have to disassemble the whole unit and in hindsight it would have been easier if I'd taken it off the wall) . I also needed a 15 mm compression ring to replace the one on the isolator valve fitted to the inlet of the unit. The unit is now dry for the first time in 5 years!
