    • Service from NSS was great and best price I could find. Product is a replacement spare for a cistern so hard to get excited but was easily replaced by a plumbing-hating non-professional. The thread for attaching the water pipe is plastic so care is needed to get the metal pipe and nut square and central to avoid chewing the thread, which was how it came to need replacing in the first instance!

    • We are in an area of very hard water. Old Geberit valve was approx 10 years old and had developed small crack in body causing it to malfunction. Ordered replacement from NSS. Very easy to do on website, cheapest I could find and delivered quickly. So easy to fit, isolate and disconnect water supply, undo plastic nut, remove old unit, replace with new making sure sealing washer is seated correctly. Replace nut and tighten firmly by hand. Reconnect water supply and turn on and stand back and smuggly observe your handiwork and bask in the praise of the wife. Jobs a good 'un!!
