      I have been advised by Grohe customer services that I need to replace black rubber bellows in my push button - Black Bellows part number 113219. I would like to purchase this to replace it but cannot figure how to open up that outer white plastic casing on my push button to access the faulty one and replace it with the new one. I'd appreciate if you can advise how to do this

      Hello, the whole threaded part separates from the button just behind the chrome flange, with gloves , grip the threaded part and twist/pull away from the chrome flange, it is not easy to do.

    • How do I replace the bellows on 38488 push button . Can't see how to dismantle the housing.

      Hello, you have to grip the black thread part and twist it away from the front piece, it is usually quite tight/stiff.
