• Long flush button peg broke in shaft. 16 years old. Typed apparent part number in search engine and, Hey Presto, there on NSS was a complete assembly at a reasonable price. Assembly arrived promptly (couple of days), drilled out old peg from air valve, reassembled in a couple of minutes, perfect for another 16 years, I hope. Thank you NSS! 5 Star service, but 4 stars only for parts quality, rather more 'play' than with original parts, but does the job.

• Lost large button on my loo flush. Once I'd zeroed in on the model (Grohe Eau2) searched all over but could only find the complete pneumatic button assembly. Eventually found this one (just the dual flush buttons) at around half the price. It is quite expensive for just a moulded piece of chrome finished plastic but cost effective against the complete pneumatic assembly or even the complete flush valve. All fitted and working in a few minutes. Many thanks NSS. Great job.
