    • I believe I have a Grohe 34411 unit. When I turn the temperature knob clockwise to reduce the temperature, the knob stops at a certain point and will not turn and it appears to be jammed. It rotates anti-clockwise fully. The point at which is stops is when the the red button is at approximately at 12’0 clock, and it means the shower is running hot. Also the screw to remove the temperature knob is also very stiff and will not turn. Please can you help, do you think I need a new thermostatic cartridge or could it be something else?
      I would appreciate any help you can provide

      Yes it will be the thermostat cartridge you would need to replace 47025 000
