    • Excellent service from NSS. This Grohe cartridge is an expensive item. The replacement had the usual Grohe grease and a single O ring to seal the mounting plate against the brass body. All good so far. The problem is that there are 2 additional small O rings that seal the shaft where it emerges from the mounting plate. These were not supplied and the old ones were no longer supple. I have spares and used them. Grohe should provide these and give more information about where to fit them.
      I've marked Grohe down for the cost of the cartridge, the poor instructions and the lack of essential parts to seal the valve stem.

    • Tricky to fit, the o ring on the cartridge spindle wouldnt stay in its seating when replacing the front of the mixer valve.
