• Via a local Plumbing and Bathroom Merchant in Poole, Dorset, I was able to locate and purchase the correct fixed shower spray plate. My initial concern was that a replacement would not any longer be available as our house (we are second owners) was built in 2001/2. The local merchant requested photos, forwarded these to Grohe, and they furnished me with a detailed specification sheet. It was then suggested that I order from National Shower Spares, and within 36 hours the replacement parts arrived. The prompt dispatch of the spare parts was a pleasant surprise..... and I will always know now - and tell all my friends - where to go for spare shower parts...... absolutely brilliant.
