    • I was grateful to be able to obtain a spare button to replace a broken one, and the service/delivery was very efficient and prompt. However, I was disappointed that the genuine part Hansgrohe replacement buttons are grey plastic rather than the original chrome finish, which looks a bit odd.

    • Would have preferred if they had been chrome to replace what I have but otherwise good. Also, they seem expensive for a few buttons.

    • The delivery was excellent, The cost expensive, however it is a Hansgrohe spare.
      Unfortunatly the button is no longer available in chrome, so grey can only be supplied,
      but the pack did contain about six buttons so I'm OK for future breakages.

    • Like most people, I have chrome-coloured shower fittings and buttons to match. The buttons NSS sent were grey plastic. There was no mention of this on the website. Quite important. Who has grey plastic shower fittings? I wasted 20 quid. Got a whole load of other buttons I don't need and no explanation about that. Emailed and got an acknowledgement that this was not ideal. Not happy.

    • Is there only 1 Spring in the pack as I need 2 and also would like a spare making 3
      Also do you know of anywhere I can get the chrome buttons as my wife don't like the grey

      Hello, the Chrome are no longer in production as the chrome is prone to peeling off, this is why they are only in grey now, the spring is not sold as an indiviual spare.
