    • I took a risk buying this piece as it shared no reference numbers that matched the existing broken piece I wanted to replace. There was also no cross-reference to the shower heads it fits.
      Basically, I held my broken connector up to the screen next to the photo and they looked pretty much the same, so I went for it - it fits perfectly.
      I dropped a star as the website didn't mention when I ordered it that the item was out of stock and would take a few more days to arrive. I was only notified *after* I'd ordered it.
      Otherwise, good service and I'd use this company again if I need any other shower spares.
