My Bristan shower had started to leak so after a quick YouTube search I realised the on/off valve needed replacing. I found NSS on Google and they were excellent, The website provided a full exploded diagram so I knew exactly what part to buy. The price was great and the part arrived two days later amid postal strikes. Absolutely brilliant - I will definitely being using National Shower Sparse as my go to plumbing spares.

This product was very similar to another from a different supplier which, being about 1mm short, didn't fit. Unlike the other supplier NSS were willing to go the extra mile and find the correct valve. Very please with their response and service

2 years out of the first cartridge. Not sure about average expectation of lifespan. Probably just needed the grommet/seal replaced. Anyway, the full unit installation was fine. National Shower Spares were good to deal with. Website well laid out. Photo with every item would be even better.
