      Hello, it is black silicone grease, you can use it on any threads and apply some to the main head nut o'seal.

      Hello, the headnut on the V6, SPHD0013J is a left hand thread so you need to undo it by turning the opposite way to normal, it will have small cuts/notches on the flats where you put the spanner on, this tells you it is a left hand thread
