    • Quality fine and since our Meynell valve is quite ancient I guess by now we were very relieved to obtain one.
      The end of the valve spindle is protected by a an essentially cylindrical cover section. Hence the control knob boss has to be a smaller diameter than the internal diameter of the cover in order for the knob to be attached. This was not the case, but this difficulty was overcome by simply unscrewing and removing the cover. To protect the valve spindle the cover was refitted when the necessary adjustments had been made. We are nevertheless very satisfied by this purchase.
