My shower hose broke on my Mira, and Mira said they could only supply a whole new shower unit. When I discovered NSS I found that instead of spending £300-£400 on a new shower that isn't needed, I could spend just £30-£40 on the hose. NSS did have some delays with the part, however they communicated this to me immediately and the item was delivered within 14 days, which I was more than happy with. Most importantly the part fitted exactly as required and was easy to fit even given my limited DIY knowledge. Their web interface allowed me to easily identify the part, and the was quality faultless. Highly recommended.
