• Great service from NSS but the part from Mira was poor value because the internals are made from plastic. The point of failure within the original item was a plastic part and it appears that it is not designed to last in spite of the high price. The phrase ‘built-in obsolesce’ springs to mind.

• An original part, shower now working as it did when new. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd divertor on this Mira Agile shower in 9 years, there is a design weakness that causes this part to cease and snap. It's not water hardness, this shower is in a soft water area of Scotland where there is no limescale build-up. Possibly the defect is the reason Mira discontinued making the Agile shower valve.

• This diverter is fairly easy to fit and comes with instructions. It is good quality except for one plastic gear component inside, which eventually breaks. I have had 3 break (but I do have 2 showers) and one diverter gets used every day as I use the fixed shower head and my wife uses the handset. If you have this component in your Mira shower and it stops working (lever goes sloppy and doesn't so anything), then there is no choice but to purchase this replacement part.

• Good service but disappointed that the small grub screw which secures the diverter to the down pipe wasn’t included and the only option offered was a seal and screw pack which includes the grub screw for £12.50.
