    • I have a problem with my Mira Elements Exposed shower. Water from the shower takes a long time to come through warm even though the metal work before the cartridge gets hot quite quickly as supplied from our Combi Boiler.
      THE SHOWER WAS INSTALLED IN 2020.
      I contacted Mira and was advised that the cartridge requires to be replaced and they offered to sell one to me at an inflated price.
      All okay so far, but in their email they claim the Code for the cartridge is 4.1910.022. I have to admit to language difficulties with Mira and am confused by this advice because the only references I have seen online and on the leaflet supplied with my product the cartridge is referred to as 1910.022.
      I would like place an order with you but am concerned:
      1) Would your cartridge definitely fit my shower ?
      2) is your part a genuine Mira part?
