I was very impressed with the customer service and with the speed of delivery of my new shower. It's now installed, and the shower is brilliant - much better flow rate than my old one which had been in place for 10+ years. We love the remote controller which allows you to switch on and warm up the water before using. Fantastic all round.

ORDERED THIS AS A REPLACEMENT FOR AN ARISTAN EVO DIGITAL SHOWER WHICH HAD STOPPED WORKING AFTER LESS THAN A YEAR, WISH WE'D HAD THE MIRA FROM THE START AS IT IS MUCH BETTER & VERY QUIET.
