Depending on a wireless controller to shower every day takes some getting used to so when the unit won't charge there is no plan B unless you're lucky enough to have a second shower room.       The replacement control used on the current versions will be a wireless type shower, the older versions are part numbers 1666.011 single outlet and 1796.007 duel outlet type control used on the Mira platinum shower pre 2024
