      Hello, the wall outlet is part number 617.33 or 413.57 depending on age, but the knobs only come in white.

      Hello, this is a simple DIY job, just pull the centre dial off and remove the circlip.

      We have a very old Mira 88 shower(over 30 years). It has now stopped working my plumber has told me that I need an internal cartridge what other spares do I have to buy to completely replace the whole unit as the control knobs have broken as well.

      Hello, we are very sorry, but Mira have never designed or sold levers for this shower.

    • How do you remove the old Control Knob which has not been serviced regularly.
      'Pull off the Control Knob' as stated by Mira, is not very helpful!

      Hello, the instructions from Mira are correct, it just pulls off, but they can be very difficult to remove, you may need to cut it off, then buy a new knob set 937.84, we are very sorry, but there are no 'tricks of the trade'.
