    • Look I made a mistake ( probably me anyhow ) - ended up with the wrong postcode on the delivery ( Glasgow rather than Guernsey ).
      Bottom line it was all sorted out - so all good !

    • The shower installation was very old, and the controls were getting difficult to turn so a new cartridge was ordered. The most difficult part of disassembly was unscrewing the brass cover. Reassembly with the new cartridge was straightforward but care needed to be taken to ensure the tag on the flow control remained in it's locating slot.
      The service from NSS was first class considering the postal issues around Christmas.

    • Hi,
      I can no longer get the temp gauge to work correctly it will mostly send out cold water even when the dial is almost rotated to the hot. Only when it is fully rotated the hot comes through (boiling).
      Is that a new cartridge?

      Hello, you may need to strip the valve down and fit a new seals kit 936.12, or you could just change all the internals part number 904.07.

      If I am using this (with a new control knob pack 937.84) is there any need to order a Mira 88 Service pack (936.12) also or does it includes all the seals etc?
      What areas should the supplied grease be applied?
      I have ordered a this internal pack and valve just today (13/06) so if there is a need to the service pack please let me know before the goods go out so it can come as one order
