• Orderd this Mira shower part as mine had siezed . The delivery was extremely fast and the product was excellent quality but unfortunately It wasn't the right one. Contacted customer service and was able to return the part. Just waiting on a refund. Brilliant company, would highly recommend.

• The item itself is absolutely brilliant, no problem with it at all just wasn't very clear that I have the ERD diverter model and that piece does not come with this even though the valve says it's a ERD one even on the package. You have to be confident to be able to remove the diverter from your old unit or you have to pay an extra 30 quid to buy a new one. Once that was sorted it only took 20 minutes to change and I am not a plumber.
